What do we inspect/survey Heavy-lift Project and supercargo?

before loading of super-cargo, to
prepare of loading-stowage of general / project cargoes, volume measurement of
supercargo, to verify packing & marking via packing list,
loading & stowage surveys according
to heavy lift loading plan, to supervise and consult on
lashing and securing. Final is issue the
safe certification for seagoing.
